The rural community, women from self-help groups, underprivileged women in the surrounding fraternity form the main list of beneficiaries. A three-step selection process is adapted. When a list of people is pooled out with the help of Gram Panchayat, the three-step procedure is put in place. First, the economic position of the potential beneficiary is assessed. If they are unable to start any business or if they are not able to empower themselves owing to financial issues, they are chosen. Then, they are given a period of training to check their involvement in learning the work and their active participation. Once they clear these two steps, they are looked upon on the dimension of social consciousness. This is to justify that, whether they are ready to help or guide others who belong to rural community. To have a check upon this, they need to train the deserving people.
